Return & Refund Policy

At RIKAI, we create garments with intention and care. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at: support@rikai.us

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item or size, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: support@rikai.us

We will make it right.


Final Notes

RIKAI reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
