  • During launches or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.


International Shipping

We ship globally.

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

RIKAI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
